Mr Harris Sun is a serial entrepreneur. He is passionate in innovation and dedicated to entrepreneurship and founded the company RaSpect Intelligence Inspection Limited in 2017. The company has been awarded by multiple startup competitions locally, regionally and globally and well endorsed by capital investments of multiple well-known VCs, including the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund and Mindworks Capital and the ITVF by Hong Kong government. Harris was invited to Austria to present in the World Summit Awards and has been awarded by the AI-powered building inspection technology. He led a couple of publications at local and international conferences and has been recognised with patents.

Harris was named as "The Most Inspiring AI CEOs to watch in 2020" by Industry Wired and "Winner of 2020 AABI Torch Award for Promising Entrepreneur" by Asia Association of Business Incubation. He was one of the founding members of the Innovation Centre of the Cathay Pacific Airways and led the team to develop aircraft inspection by using AI and drone technology. He is committed to getting things done and being innovative in problem solving. He holds a bachelor degree in computer science from the University of Hong Kong and a master degree in computer science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr Oscar Hui is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with profound experience of capital markets. Oscar is currently the Head of Strategy, Investment and Financing of SmartMore.

As one of the earliest members of the corporation team, Oscar facilitated significant strategic cooperations and successfully led multiple rounds of financing, making great contributions to the sound and fast development of the company. Besides, he also constructed the core investment framework, and used capital tactics to help the group successfully enter the fields of car, new energy, precision manufacturing, semiconductor, and other high-end industries.

Ir Dr Pang Yat-bond, Derrick, JP, is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from MIT, a Master's degree in Business Administration from The CUHK and a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the HKUST.

Ir Dr Pang is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 22 years of geotechnical design and construction experience in the U.S.A. and Hong Kong. Ir Dr Pang has served as a member of the Construction Industry Council since February 2017. He has also been appointed as a member of the Aviation Development and Three-runway System Advisory Committee since August 2021 and a nonexecutive director of the Insurance Authority since December 2021. Ir Dr Pang was appointed as Justice of the Peace by the Government of Hong Kong in June 2017.

He is the founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Constriction Association Young Members Society, a network of over 12,000 young people from 8 tertiary institutes. It aims to nurture young people to become leaders in the construction industry. Ir Dr Pang is also the founder of Lifewire, Hong Kong's first crowdfunding platform for children with rare diseases.

Mr Kent Jan embraces change and challenges. Kent leads Hongkong Land's digital transformation and innovation activities, focusing on adding value to customers, the business and other stakeholders by exploring and implementing new ideas and technologies. Prior to his current role, he held senior positions in corporate finance, strategy, business development, tax, financial control and risk management in various industries including real estate, hospitality, banking and infrastructure sectors covering the Asia Pacific, US and European regions.

Dr Terence Yuen is Senior Consultant at Social Value International. In this capacity, Terence joined an international project team to assist in the implementation of the UNDP SDG Impact Standards that aim to facilitate enterprises and investors to embed impact considerations into the decision-making and practices for strategy, management, transparency and governance. A certified public accountant and an accredited social value practitioner and SROI trainer, Terence has close to three decades of experience in areas including accounting and audit, impact measurement and management, policy and program evaluation, philanthropy and nonprofit management, and impact investing and social entrepreneurship. Terence founded the Hong Kong Institute of Social Impact Analysts (HKI-SIA) in 2013 and has been serving as its Executive Director ever since. As a network member of Social Value International, HKI-SIA joins hands with likeminded professionals around the globe to advocate for changing the way our society accounts for value, to increase the likelihood that organisations are contributing positively to sustainability and the SDGs.

Dr William Yu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of World Green Organisation. Dr Yu is an energy economist and climate professional by training and completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge. He earned an Executive MBA from the Thunderbird Global Management School, U.S. Dr. Yu also completed a Sustainable Finance Programme at Cambridge and Impact Measurement and Management for the UN SDGs at Duke. Dr Yu received a Harvard Business School Scholarship for Executive Education in Nonprofit Management. He had gained valuable regional management experience by working at the US multinationals and a financial banking institution.

Dr Yu is ESBN Task Force Member, The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, the United Nations. He is Vice-Chair of Asia Pacific Business Forum (APBF) of the United Nations ESBN 2022. Dr Yu is a registered Consultant of the Asia Development Bank (ADB). In Hong Kong, he serves in the Sustainable Development Council (HK Decarbonisation Strategy) under the Environment Bureau, HKSAR. Dr Yu belongs to Green Tech Fund Assessment Committee, EPD and Appeal Board Panel, Town Planning Board, HKSAR. He has recently been appointed as member of the Aviation Development and Three-runway System Advisory Committee (ADTAC) under the Transport and Housing Bureau.

Dr Yu is Advisor on Certified ESG Planner (CEP) qualification and currently a member of Real Estate Working Group, Hong Kong Green Finance Association. He serves as Project Leader of Asian Corporate Coalition for Climate Change Resilience (A4CR) with Arup and Pricewaterhouse Coopers for corporate transition to Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Dr Yu advises investment banks and several public accounting firms on Forestry Carbon Credit Projects, Valuation of Carbon Assets and Carbon Trading. He is Certified China Carbon Trader of Shanghai Environment Energy Exchange.

Mr Derek Yuen is a Partner at KPMG, servicing client on ESG Reporting and Assurance. Derek is also the Hong Kong Regional People Partner at KPMG and the core member of the KPMG sustainability leadership team.

Derek is leading KPMG China's efforts in the overall ESG reporting and assurance space spearheading efforts in providing strategic and commercial advice around sustainability opportunities. He has led and delivered a number of ESG advisory and assurance projects for a wide range of clients including companies from real estate, utilities, food & beverage, infrastructure, telecommunication, financial sector, transportation and consumer durables.

Derek has extensive experience across a wide range of sustainability topics, with particular knowledge and experience in sustainability strategy and governance, ESG assurance and stakeholder engagement. Derek works closely with board member, C-level executives, helping them to take the next steps in the journey of sustainability management and reporting.

Mr Du Yong-hai is General Manager of Green Living & Innovation Division of Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC). Dedicated in Environmental protection and sustainability for more than 20 years, Mr Du has extensive knowledge and senior leadership experience in technology development, project management and business operations by providing world-class solutions to a broad range of energy and industry sectors including fossil power, biomass, waste-to-energy, semi-conductor, automobile, food, textile and electrical manufacturing etc.

Prior to joining HKPC, Mr Du worked for a large multi-national company as Managing Director for Asia Pacific Region to manage and operate the global fleet and business portfolio of Environmental Control solutions by Turn-key and consultancy services across the world including Asia and Pacific countries, India, Middle East and Europe. By satisfying the most stringent regulations and diversified contract requirements from global customers, he has successfully led team to localise and develop cuttingedge technologies into wide variety of commercial purposes with outstanding financial performance in compliance with project executions.

Mr Du holds master's degree in Environmental Protection Engineering. He is among the first approved Registered Environmental Protection Engineers of China in 2007. He is Certified Senior Project Manager and ever acted as National evaluation committee member of China Engineering and Consulting Association /CECA for EPC Project Manager certification in China.

Mr Du is Board Member of Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovations /HKATI. He is committee member of Environmental Industries Council for Federation of Hong Kong Industries /FHKI, committee member of Environment and Sustainability Committee of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce/HKGCC. He is also Advisory Committee member for School of Energy and Environment/ SEE, City University of Hong Kong.
